StatUpAI (the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect your personal information and handle related concerns promptly. If this English version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information we process
We only collect what you enter in the contact form on this website. We do not offer user accounts.

2. Purpose of processing
- Receiving and answering inquiries, and follow-up consultation
- Keeping inquiry history and preventing repeated or abusive submissions
We do not use it for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, we will ask for your consent again.
3. Retention period
- Inquiries: 3 years after the inquiry is resolved (3 years from receipt if not yet resolved)
- Submissions confirmed as spam or unrelated to an inquiry: deleted within 30 days of confirmation
Where another law requires us to keep the information, we keep it for the period that law sets.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where the law specifically requires it.
5. Outsourcing
We outsource the following processing to run the service, and we supervise the processors to make sure they handle your information safely.

6. Transfers outside Korea
To carry out the tasks above, your information may be transferred outside Korea as follows. Transfers happen over encrypted connections when you submit an inquiry.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, contact the privacy officer below directly instead of using the form, and we will handle your inquiry without such transfer.
7. Destruction
- We destroy personal information without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved.
- Electronic records are deleted from the database so they cannot be recovered.
- Copies made in the course of work, such as notification emails, are deleted on the same basis.
8. Your rights
- You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.
- Send your request to the privacy officer below by email or phone; we will act without delay (within 10 days) and let you know the result.
- A legal representative or an authorized person may also make the request; we may ask for proof of authorization.
9. Security measures
- Administrative: keeping the number of staff who handle personal information to a minimum
- Technical: only pre-registered administrators can view inquiries; all connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); the database is not reachable from outside
- Physical: using data centers of cloud providers with security certifications
10. Cookies
We do not use cookies that identify you. Visit statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and only processes aggregated data that cannot identify individuals.
